Wreay Syke Alpaca Centre

An alpaca inspects the camera at the Wreay Syke Alpaca Centre

14 of our SLu3a Natural History ( 'Nats') Group enjoyed meeting and feeding the gentle alpacas on their outing to Wreay Syke, near Kendal recently. Each of the alpacas had their own personality, some pushy, some shy with so many variations in fleece colour and their muzzles were so soft ! An hour and a half sped by so quickly with owner, Jane ably answering all our naive questions. You may see her alpacas being exercised on the Helm. a very enjoyable outing. Sarah harvey
