If you are happy to walk between 3-4 miles on footpaths, tracks and lanes with gentle ups and downs and maybe a small number of stiles, why not join our friendly Strollers group?

We stop around halfway for a 'flask' coffee stop ( soft seat useful) and finish, for those who wish, at a nearby cafe or pub around lunch time.

We encourage and support members to lead walks within a 20 mile radius of Kendal, but if you just prefer to come and walk as part of the group that is also fine.

A small voluntary donation to Kendal Mountain Rescue team each walk is appreciated
