If you are happy to walk between 3-4 miles on footpaths, tracks and lanes with gentle ups and downs and maybe a small number of stiles, why not join our friendly Strollers group?

We have a refreshment stop approximately halfway ( soft seat useful) and generally end up near a cafe or pub about lunch time.

We take turns leading walks within a 15-20 mile radius of Kendal. We have a 'bank' of possible walks to choose from if you do not have one in mind, and there are experienced walkers in the group who would be ready to help you 'recce' one in advance.

We are inviting new members to join us. We go to some lovely places and you would be most welcome.
