We meet on the 2nd and 5th (where appropriate) Thursday of the month , all year round, weather permitting.

Distances walked are 7 - 8miles( 11-13km) with a height gain of about 1500-2000 ft (450-600m).

We aim to vary our routes to include the Kendal, Lakes , Sedbergh , Eden valley areas and more depending on the time of year. We rely on the group members to lead the walks and welcome new members who are willing to do so.
