Do you want to feel calmer, more relaxed and more in control?

Come and learn some simple tools which will help you promote your wellbeing. You’ll learn to deal positively with the stress of day-to-day living on our 8 week course.

Why not take some time to cater for yourself?

The last session of the current weekly sessions is 31 March. Following popular request the sessions will continue on a monthly basis from Apri until June.

These 1 hour sessions will include some mindful movement based on Qi Jong, music and as well as the core practice which will be unguided. These are open to any members with some knowledge of meditation
