Six members joined our first meeting on Monday 3 November at the Cortillo Lounge in Kendal.

After introductions we discussed how we wanted to run the group, and plan to meet as a whole group (when people are available) on Monday mornings online, and in person on the first Monday of the month. We practiced some basic phrases and shared some resources and ideas on what we might do. There is so much technology now that we can use. With a variety of expertise’s this is a going to be a member led self help group. Anyone who might want to join please contact secretary@southlakesu3a.org.uk
