This month the Monday Garden Group visited two members’ gardens, both near the top of Strawberry Fields, the new development near Oxenholme.  Both gardens were therefore very young,  and very different – one slanting downhill, with a wide variety of shrubs, and this one, going steeply uphill, with a top terrace. Both had patios with colourful pots with interesting flowers and plants – we got a lot of new ideas for planting and were treated to delicious scones and cake afterwards.
