Not everyone will have ready access to Microsoft office software. Fortunatly there are a number of downloadable open source and free office suite software, which can providing access to word processing, spreadsheet etc similar to MS Office and compatible with Windows and other common operating systems

Do you have a subscription to MS 365?
If you have taken out a personal or family subscription to MS 365 - be aware that you will pay for AI (Microsoft CoPilot or AI Credits) within the subscription unless you specifically ask to subscribe to the Classic 365. Classic 365 is a cheaper plan (without AI).
